Airworks Shop Terms and Conditions
- You must pre-book your tuition. Course places cannot be reserved without prepayment.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Course fees are not transferable and are non-refundable.
- Achieving your rating depends upon your attendance on booked days. If weather dictates that days are cancelled, you will have ample time to rebook.
- Qualifications cannot be guaranteed; they are achieved by completing a series of BHPA defined tasks.
- It is up to you to phone the school office answer machine the evening before your lesson (after 7.30) to find out whether your course has been cancelled or not due to weather conditions. The number is 01273 858108. If your course is on and you fail to attend without prior notice (min 2 days), you will unfortunately lose a days credit.
- Course credit is valid for one year, introductory days and dual flights are valid for 6 months.
- Remember, your days do not have to be taken consecutively - you can come when it is convenient for you, but you will need to book in advance.
- BHPA membership is mandatory. Day membership costs £10 and you can join on arrival at the school. Alternatively, three-month membership costs £55 and annual membership £92. Full membership details and extended options are available on request from the BHPA tel. O116 261 1322.
- The Duty Instructors decision is final.
